Contract- As a result of our concern for member health, privacy, legality and adult interests, all members agree to be bound by this contract.

 

OVER 18: All prospective members certify and affirm that they are over 18 years of age and will present id to affirm age upon arrival for any meeting. Meetings are thereby excluded for anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen).

 

SOUND HEALTH & MIND: Any recent health issues should be emailed to envyhourbody@gmail.com. If you are not of sound mind or health, like mental illness, handicap, had recent stroke/heart attack, blood issues, extreme skin issues etc, please explain your medical condition and circumstance by email along with how an incident should be treated should you have one after being allowed to meet?

 

Meeting does not necessarily mean we have reviewed your medical history info, it simply indicates our interest to discuss your health issue and body interests. In any case, members are responsible to consult their physician prior to meeting to confirm health viability for any meeting or class. Any member with any of the following should definitely consult their doctor prior to meeting: Anyone who has had a stroke, heart attack or with a pace maker, people with serious heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis, hemophilia, purpuric disease, leukemia, anyone who is within four weeks of surgery of any kind, or who has lupus. Women during menstruation or pregnant should not participate in any electronic fitness program until they have consulted their doctor. Meeting indicates to us that you have done so.

People with serious skin allergic symptoms, acariasis, malignant skin tumor or partial skin canker, skin or bone fracture, varicosity, partial skin elasticity loss should consult their physican before meeting. Women during menstration should not take fitness class.
 

In most cases, Face, Breast, Butt & other enhancements meetings may still be completed.

 

ALL MEMBERS BOUND BY PRIVACY STATEMENT: Private Adult Club the right to assemble peacably & privately is protected by the Constitution of the United States much like Doctor/Patient privacy however to futher protect your privacy and safety, all members are also bound by the following: Members never have to give their real names. What ever name you give for your appointments, meetings, classses or parties, that is the name you will be known by. Even if you come in contact with someone you think you know at the Club, always ask what their name is so you do not inadvertently address them by a name that might divulge privacy.  For safety purpose, never give out contact info, this includes phone numbers, email addresses, your real name, social media info, physical addresses, job or career info to those you meet in association with the club and never leave any Club sponsored meeting or party with another member. Since the club manages meeting and parties,  anyone you desire to party with or to meet, just let us know, we will manage the meeting for safety. Violating privacy may result in membership being revoked, worse yet, could result in being liable for compromising other member's privacy or safety.  All members understand & agree that ads, emails, texts & all subsequent communication is for entertainment purposes only & that all communication there in is the private & confidential property of the PAC & PAC members & cannot be shared with anyone for any reason without the PAC's express written permission. Sharing any communication for any reason may be damaging to PAC privacy,it's members & their collective privacy.

 

ALL MEMBERS BOUND BY LEGALITY STATEMENT:  All meetings are for purpose stated at booking or for a party and nothing else.  Members agree not to make any payments other than for what was booked to anyone for any other purpose nor to discuss money or services with anyone other than PAC management. Members are free to enjoy any mutual adult interests consistent with the Club's Interests as long as there is a booking for it, this protects the booking as money collected for a legal booking for the Club and not for theindividuals involved (this could result in something illegal). Any additional payments must be preceeded by an additional booking here on this site to show receipt for legal item booked. Any additional interactions between members outside of what was booked is the mutually consensual activity of like minded adults and not anything contracted for.

 

The phone number or email address given at booking are your membership identifiers. Membership remains in effect until cancelled by email, once cancelled, meeting is a violation of our privacy.
